The Oldest, Meanest, Toughest Rally on the Circuit

The weather in Houghton has been chilly lately – chilly enough that on the crisp mornings you would swear it was October and you could almost feel LSPR in the air.

The organizing committee is in full gear planning our return event for the 2013 Rally America national championship series. Part of that is this new web presence. The site this is replacing served us for years, but it was time for an update to something that was easier to manage and a better reflection of our love of LSPR. The new site gives us more options for better content – including this blog.

The website update is but one of the irons in the fire for the committee. The Chairman has been busy planning the broad strokes of the event including working on supplementary rules and locatons for Parc Exposé, Parc Fermé, service locations, rally headquarters, sanctioning agreements and various other mechanics of the event. The rallymaster has been out in the woods checking out our routes and has been working to secure road permissions. The Chief of Hospitality is starting to work the details

We are only three months away!
